Water bills are mailed the first of every month. A 10% late fee is assessed on the 16th of each month. If payment is not received by 8:30 A.M. on the 25th of each month, a $35.00 late fee applies. No exceptions!
Blanchard Utilities offers automatic draft at no charge. Your bill will arrive as usual and payment will be drafted from your checking account on the 14th of each month. For any questions regarding automatic drafts, call us at 318 929-2928.
