Police Clerk - Angie Davis has been with the town since December 2007. She works full time for the Police Dept. 

Blanchard currently has 7 full time police officers and 3 part-time:

1. Chief Gerald Allen, in addition to holding the office of Chief of Police, also works as a full-time police officer. He has been with the police department since July 2007.
2. Officer David Lowery has been full time with the town since April 2018.
3. Officer Kerry Choat has been full time with the town since January 2023
4. Officer Chuck Miller has been full time with the town since March 2023 previously part time.
5. Officer Anjel Jaurides has been full time with the town since March 2023.
6. Officer Anthony Hall has been full time with the town since May 2023.
7. Byron Pool has been full time with the town since Septemeber 2024.
