NW LA Masters Gardner

Mayor Galambos represented the Town Of Blancard at the Northwest Louisiana Masters Gardener meeting.  The town received funding for our project to replace the existing landscaping in front of the Town Hall.  Many thanks to Master Gardener John Oswalt for making us aware of this grant.
